Ready to step up to the next level? The E-FLEX PLUS motion platform is our latest innovation and a true game changer for smart trainers. Everyone knows rigid trainers do nothing for your balance and coordination skills, and they can create some bad habits if used extensively. Rollers were always part of the solution, but they also have their limitations. The E-Flex combines the best features of both rollers and trainers into a single, high performance system.

When we introduced the original E-FLEX in 2019, there was nothing else like it. That's still true today.
While standard rocker plates are basically just a bed of springs bouncing the bike from side to side, the original E-FLEX was the first and only “springless” motion platform. This feature allowed it to move in response to real balance inputs, and gave the rider direct control of the rocking motion, eliminating the wobbly and unpredictable action of conventional spring rockers. It was also very compact and low height, making it by far the most user friendly system out there. As good as the E-FLEX was, we couldn't resist tinkering, testing, and refining the design. The result is E-flex PLUS, which improves the ride performance and adds adjustability.

The Plus features a new front linkage ( the brain ) that changes the sensitivity and arc of the bike's rocking motion, providing a more natural and unrestricted feel. The E-Flex Plus is also adjustable, so you can change the firmness to suit your preference. It's a must-have for anyone interested in pro-level cycling motion.

The front platform is compatible with 12mm thru axle and quick release forks.

The E-FLEX Plus typically ships in 1-3 days. There is a separate version for the KICKR, CORE and Zwift Hub. Please be sure to select the correct version for your trainer.

NOTE: Due to the realism of the PLUS system, it may not be a perfect fit for all riders. Motion platforms require active balance to ride, which takes practice if you have spent a lot of time on rigid trainers. Before you purchase, consider if you are willing to make the transition to a naturally balanced system.

Request for returns must be within 30 days of the order date. All shipping costs are paid by customer. Due to the high handling costs, returns for reasons other than defective product are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, which will be deducted from refunds and may also cover damage from use or return shipping.
